Performance: DJ Book It reserves the right to refuse service if safety or venue conditions are unsuitable.
Early access for setup (typically 2-3 hours before event start time). For weddings and complex setups, we may need access 4+ hours before.
Minimum of two dedicated 15-amp circuits near the DJ setup area. For premium packages, three circuits may be required.
Minimum 10' x 10' space for DJ booth and equipment setup. For lighting packages, additional space may be needed.
Close parking for equipment loading and unloading. For outdoor/rural venues, vehicle access to setup area is preferred.
Playlist preferences provided at least 2 weeks before event. For weddings and corporate events, we recommend 4-6 weeks.
Event schedule and key moments communicated 2-4 weeks before event. We coordinate with all vendors for seamless execution.
